Venez rejoindre le professeur d’histoire Geoffrey Hayes afin d’explorer les champs de bataille canadiens de la Première et Deuxième Guerre mondiale. Dans votre première semaine, vous vous trouverez dans le nord de la France et là nous tracerons la voie de la force expéditionnaire du Canada d’Ypres à la Somme, Vimy Ridge et les cent derniers jours de 1918. Puis, après une journée de marche les plages de Dieppe, nous allons nous rendre en Normandie pour retracer l’itinéraire de Canadiens pendant l’été de 1944. À partir des plages du débarquement, nous suivrons la Bataille de Normandie à Caen et Falaise. À chaque arrêt, nous allons examiner les contributions canadiennes à ces missions, et nous examinerons comment nous en sommes venus à comprendre et à nous souvenir de ces événements importants. Nous aurons également la chance d’apprécier les plus beaux sites de la Belgique et de la France, notamment à Paris, Mont Saint-Michel et Saint-Malo.

Deposit – non-refundable payment of $750.00 is required at time of booking.
